Refund Methods – PINK
Refunds are processed through various channels depending on your original payment method. Below are the available options:
Refund Mode | Description |
PINK Wallet | The PINK Wallet must be activated to access your refunded amount. Once activated, you can also transfer the funds to your linked bank account. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa Shop (OTC), or JazzCash Mobile Account payments will only be processed to the PINK Wallet. |
Refund Voucher | A PINK Voucher will be sent to your registered email address. You can redeem it on future purchases using the same email. Note that the voucher can only be used once; any unused balance will not be refunded or carried over. |
Debit/Credit Card | If the refunded amount doesn’t appear in your card statement after the refund is processed and you’ve received a notification from PINK, please contact your bank directly for assistance. |
Easypaisa Wallet | If your refund isn’t reflected in your Easypaisa Wallet statement after the refund is completed, call 3737 from your Easypaisa number or 051-111-345-100 from any other number to reach the Easypaisa help center. |
Bank Deposit | Ensure that the bank account details you provide are correct, and the account is active with sufficient balance. IBAN details will be required for refunds to your bank account. |
