At PINK, we value your trust and aim to make returns simple and stress-free. If your order isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
We accept returns if the product is damaged, incomplete, incorrect, does not match the description or images, or does not fit (for size-related categories like clothing or shoes). “Change of mind” returns are accepted only for selected categories. Please refer to the individual product page for eligibility.
To request a return, go to your PINK account and open the “My Orders” section. Select the relevant item and click “Request Return.” Choose your reason and attach supporting photos if applicable. Once submitted, wait for the seller’s review and further instructions.
Refunds are issued once the item is returned and approved. Depending on your preference, refunds are processed either through your original payment method or to your PINK Wallet. The processing time is typically 5 to 7 business days after approval.
Items that cannot be returned include perishable or opened goods such as beauty and hygiene products, digital or downloadable content, and any item marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
As a multi-vendor platform, PINK ensures all partner stores comply with our return policy. However, some sellers may have additional return conditions displayed on their product pages.

To ensure a smooth return process, the returned item must meet all the conditions outlined below.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any physical damage. For fashion items, trying the product on for fit is acceptable and will still be considered unworn.
The item must include all original tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, invoices, and any freebies provided. It must be returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s box. If the order was delivered in PINK-branded packaging, the same packaging should be returned. Please avoid applying tape or labels directly to the manufacturer’s box.
Ensure that your Order Number and Return Tracking Number are clearly written on the outside of the return package to avoid delays in processing.
SIf your returned item does not meet the above conditions, PINK reserves the right to reject the refund request. In such cases, the item will be returned to you within 4 to 6 days. After three failed delivery attempts, the item will be considered abandoned and sent for disposal. No refund will be issued in such instances.
