PINK’s Vision for Capacity Training and Development
PINK seeks to launch holistic training and development opportunities to develop the capacity of women across Pakistan. PINK will deliver training and development opportunities through its own offerings as well as strategic partnerships to provide women with tools, skills, and resources to succeed in the digital economy.
Our methodology
PINK’s Capacity Programs
PINK is currently developing in-house capacity programs focused on:
• E-commerce skills and online business management
• Social media marketing and digital branding
• Financial literacy and basic accounting
• Product photography and content creation
• Freelancing and digital entrepreneurship.
The programs will be delivered through online modules, workshops, and mentorship sessions, accessible to women anywhere in Pakistan.
Strategic Partnerships Across Sectors
PINK is actively creating partnerships with:
• NGOs and organizations focused on women for outreach, mentorship, and grassroots training
• Financial institutions to provide women access to tailored financial services and loans and digital banking tools
• Logistics providers that enable women to easily handle delivery and fulfillment
• Technology partners that provide digital tools and training
• Corporate CSR programs that prioritize women empowerment and digital inclusion
Collaboration with Government & Development Programs
PINK intends to align and complement government and donor funded programs that include:
• Digital skills and IT training programs
• Women entrepreneurship incubators
• Freelancing platforms and grants for startups
PINK will act as a link between women entrepreneurs and these national and international opportunities.
