All vendors on Pink are independent sellers. You are fully responsible for inventory, product, pricing, shipping, customer service, and being in compliance with vendor legal requirements. Pink does not directly sell or control vendor inventory.
2. Women-Centric Marketplace
Pink is a women-only marketplace. Your business must be majority-run or co-run by a female. This is part of Pink’s mission to support and grow women-led businesses in Pakistan.
3. Prohibited Sale of Prohibited, Dangerous, or Illegal products
No vendor on Pink may list or sell any kind of drugs, paraphernalia, poison, weapons of any kind, counterfeits or any illegal products. Any vendor who do so will be removed immediately and permanently from the marketplace, and have the incident reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Product Legalities and Disclosures
All products being sold on Pink must be original products, safe, legal in Pakistan and in compliance with Pink policies. Products that are misleading, dangerous or untrue will not be accepted on Pink.
5. Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
All vendors must complete their orders on time, and take care of any customer service issues professionally. If customers experience delays or issues that are not resolved, shoppers may be warned or suspended from Pink.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
Vendors will adhere to Pink’s return and refund policies. For disputes, Pink will work to mediate fairly, however, the vendor will have ultimate accountability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pink is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims that arise from the way you run your business. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Pink harmless in these circumstances.
8. Digital Agreement and Rules of the Platform
All vendors must digitally sign the agreement before their products can be listed on the platform. By signing, the vendor agrees to all the rules of the platform and any changes that happen in the future.
9. Suspension and Termination
Pink may suspend or terminate vendor accounts without notice if there is a policy or rules violation, illegal activity, or a behavior that goes against the platform and the Pink community guidelines of value.
